How long does delivery take?

In Australia:

We usually dispatch most orders within 1 working day after the payment has been cleared. For Australian deliveries, please allow an additional 2-4 working days for delivery to major metro areas and up to 7 days for deliveries to regional areas.

International Orders:

We have commenced shipping directly to the USA. Delivery times depend of a your location and is also dependent on local freight companies and local weather conditions. Estimated delivery time is usually 14 to 18 days.

How much do you charge for delivery? Australian Orders:

Shipping and handling charges will vary according to the weight and the delivery address. Australian orders are delivered by Australia Post. Please note Standard Post isn't trackable and is not insured. You have the option of selecting Registered Post which will cost a little extra but it is traceable.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?

Please contact us via email and we'll make the necessary inquiries. For international orders, we will make inquiries with Australia Post and inform you about the results of their investigation. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with making any inquiries with authorities or organizations in your country.
